Gigstero reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use of Service
Gigstero provides an online marketplace that connects event planners with service providers. You may use the platform to browse, list, and book event services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the platform by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the service.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify Gigstero immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Gigstero, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and service listings. Service providers are responsible for the quality and delivery of their services. Event planners are responsible for providing clear event details when contacting providers. All users must communicate respectfully and professionally through the platform.
5. Payment Terms
Payments for services booked through Gigstero are processed securely via our payment partner, Stripe. Service providers set their own pricing, and all fees are displayed before booking confirmation. Gigstero may charge a platform fee for facilitating transactions. Refund and cancellation policies are outlined separately and may vary by provider.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Gigstero platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is the property of Gigstero or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit (such as photos, descriptions, and reviews) but grant Gigstero a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gigstero acts as a marketplace and does not directly provide event services. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers. Gigstero is not responsible for any disputes between users. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gigstero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
Gigstero reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
